The development of 21st Century skills is seen, by a wide range of countries around the world, as an important part of a rounded education for success in the modern world.

For learners, these '21st Century skills' can be categorised as concerning ways of thinking, ways of working, tools for working and living in the world, and include skills such as creativity and innovation, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making, learning to learn and collaboration. Cambridge Global Perspectives qualifications provide a framework for the development of these skills.
For teachers, a corresponding palette of pedagogic skills will be needed in order to develop these skills in their learners. This website aims to help by providing some suggested activities.
